What happens when you ask for a quote

A request made here or by phone is followed by a visit to the property, then a written scope and price. Louisiana law keeps mold assessment and mold remediation with separate firms on the same property (La. R.S. 37:2158(A)(23)), so the assessment and the removal are carried out by different firms. Any contract for assessment, remediation or restoration work is the written agreement you sign for it, and that agreement's terms govern the work.

Whatever cover applies to assessment, remediation or rebuilding work is set out in the written agreement for that work. Ask to see those terms in writing before you sign.
